Request a return if you ordered the wrong part number, ordered the wrong quantity, the part doesn’t fit your application, or your equipment needs replacing instead of the battery. After your return is approved, you send the product back for a refund.
Submit a warranty claim if you received product that was damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or experienced an unexpected failure within the warranty period. After your claim has been approved and the product sent back, it will be repaired or replaced.
A request for return must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
Once approved, the return must be delivered to our requested location within 10 business days.
The returned product(s) must be received in new and unopened condition fit for resale.
There is a 20% restocking fee for items being returned for refund. If you are unsure if your selected product is right for your application, please contact us before purchase so we can help ensure you get the right product.
We are not able to accept the return or issue a refund for items that are damaged from return transit, show wear from use, measure low voltage, or have the warranty sticker removed.
