#1 Rule: Good Paying customers only! If we feel an order is fraudulent, we will cancel that order.
There is a $100 minimum order (before shipping).
Payment: TNR Technical offers the following payment methods:
For United States and Canadian customers: MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, Zelle, and prepaid by wire transfer as well as open account credit to qualified businesses.
Alaska, Hawaii & Canadian customers will need to email their requests for batteries along with their shipping address. Alternately you can call us at (407-340-6886) for your shipping costs. We will respond back via email with the cost of shipping.
For other international commercial customers: we accept prepayment by wire transfer only.
Looking for Net 30 terms? Contact us to get set up with our accounting department. Please provide us with your credit references or fill out our credit application. Please allow sufficient time for the account application process. To avoid delay on your initial order, you may elect an alternative payment method.
Shipping Charges. All shipping or freight charges and insurance will be paid by customer. All sales are made FOB TNR Technical warehouse in Sanford FL or Santa Ana CA. U.S.A, and all shipping or freight charges are prepaid and added to the invoice. Domestic customers wanting to ship on their UPS or Fed Ex account must provide us their account number, we will credit back or not collect on your shipping costs that the web site shows.
Order Validation and Acceptance. When you place an order, we will verify your method of payment, shipping address and/or tax exempt identification number, if any, before processing your order. If you are tax exempt, you will need to create a customer account in order and provide your resale tax information. You agree that your order is an offer to buy, under these Conditions of Order, the Products listed in your order. TNR, at its discretion, may choose to accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the Product, or may, for any reason, decline to accept your order or any part. If we decline to accept your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address or other contact information you have provided with your order. Delivery and/or shipment dates provided in connection with any order are estimates only and do not represent fixed or guaranteed delivery dates.
Quantity Limitations. TNR may limit or cancel quantities available for purchase on any order on any basis, and to alter the availability or duration of any special offers at any time. TNR may reject any order, or any part of an order.
Electronic Communication. When you place an order via the Site, you are required to provide a valid email address, which we may use to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, advise you regarding shipment of back-ordered products, and to provide you with any other notices, disclosures or other communications relating to your order. You agree that TNR will not be responsible for any damage you incur, or information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide and maintain a valid email address or as a result of any failure of your email system, spam filters, or other impediments to your receipt of our communications.
TNR makes every effort to provide current and accurate information relating to the products and prices, but does not guarantee the currency or accuracy of any such information. Further, TNR relies on the original manufacturer or reseller authorized by the manufacturer to provide any product warnings related to use of the products and/or chemicals that may be in the products, including, but not limited to safe harbor warnings under California’s Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act (commonly known as Proposition 65). Information relating to products is subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to change at any time prior to TNR completion of your order. In the event TNR discovers a material error in the description or availability of a product that affects your outstanding order with TNR, or an error in pricing, we will notify you of the corrected version, and you may choose to accept the corrected version, or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order, and your credit card has already been charged for a purchase, TNR will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge. All prices are in U.S. dollars. TNR is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors in any offer by TNR and TNR reserves the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors.
Shipments of excessive weight or size may require additional charges. TNR will notify you prior to shipment if these conditions exist. Alaska & Hawaii customers may have additional freight charges.
Customers not required to pay sales tax must create an account and provide us with their tax resale number. If you check out as a "guest" your sales tax will not be refunded.
All Lithium Batteries shipping by AIR must ship Class 9 Hazardous Dangerous Goods. We have a cut off time of 2:30 PM. Please be aware that Fed Ex does not guarantee delivery of expedited hazmat shipments - consequently, we will not refund freight charges for shipments that Fed Ex does not refund to us. Lithium Batteries are considered dangerous goods, Class 9. Our shipping department employees are licensed and trained to package and label all boxes according to IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations. The U.S. Postal Service does not allow any mailing of Lithium Batteries.
If you receive merchandise that has been damaged in transit, it is important to keep the shipping carton, packing material and parts intact. Please contact a service representative immediately to initiate a claim.
Returning a Product: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We do not credit the outgoing shipping cost or any return shipping cost that you pay. Merchandise returned for credit should be in a resalable condition within 30 days of purchase.
If you need to return a product, follow these simple instructions:
Call TNR (800)-346-0601, and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Name and address
- Quantity being returned
- Reason for the return
We will issue you a return authorization number to be included in the box or on the outside of the box. Please package all returns carefully so that batteries are not damaged or shorted out.
2. When you receive the Return Authorization Number:
- Write the Return Authorization Number on the return label.
- Attach the return label to the outside of the shipping box.
