International Ordering

All customers outside the U.S.A. must EMAIL ( see contact page ) us your battery requirements along with your complete shipping address and we will get you the cost for the shipping. 

Payment terms on International orders are Wire transfer or Zelle only. We do not accept credit card on International orders.

Many countries and airlines do not accept lithium batteries to be shipped into their country. Email us and we will let you know.

Canada customers will need to email their requests for batteries along with their shipping address. Alternately you can email us at sales@batterystore.com for your shipping costs. We will respond back via email with the cost of shipping. You will most likely have taxes and duties also.

MEXICO : if you would like to order from us, you need to email us your requirement. We will only ship to a freight forwarder in the u.s.a. Do not  place  an order on our web site. we will cancel your order.  Regarding payment : we will accept a bank wire transfer or Zelle.

Shipping costs do not include duties/tariffs or related brokerage fees. Duties, taxes and tariffs are the responsibility of the recipient. 

We ship via FedEx. We will get back to you with the cost of shipping to your location. There is NO free shipping on international orders. We do not ship international orders collect. The easiest and best way to purchase from us is to have a freight forwarder located here in the United States to handle your overseas shipment.

All lithium batteries shipping via FedEx are considered dangerous goods, Class 9 Hazardous. Many countries are now prohibiting the shipping of lithium batteries to or from their countries. Please check with us and we will advise you if your country is accepting these batteries. Lithium batteries are also prohibited on passenger aircraft and through the United States Postal Service. Our shipping department employees are licensed and trained to package and label all boxes according to IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations.
