We ship orders Monday through Friday (except Holidays). Orders usually ship within 24 hours. An order confirmation is emailed to you for your records. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Our payment page is secured. Your card number is never transmitted in any email anywhere. The shipping information you provide is strictly used for the purpose of filling your order. See our Privacy Policy. Use of your own UPS, DHL or FedEx account number for shipping is acceptable. We are not responsible for your order once tracking shows it is delivered to your address. Be sure to check with your neighbor or front office to see if someone received your package in error. It is the customers responsibility to have someone accept their package if not going to be there for delivery. You may contact us at any time for information regarding your order. Backorders: You will be notified of any backordered items prior to shipping any portion of your order. Contact may be via phone or email to discuss alternate items. Return Policy: We will credit you for any non-special ordered item returned UNUSED in original carton within 30 days of original purchase. However, if an item is returned for a reason other than manufacturing defect, a 20% restocking charge may apply. Custom battery pack assemblies cannot be returned unless assembled in error on our part. Items must be in original, re-sellable condition, in the original carton, unused. No warranty for any cells/batteries used in Radio Control applications as they are used beyond manufacture's specifications. Contact us for Return Merchandise Authorization number.
